I ordered 2 Dollie’s and when I picked up the truck they said they didn’t have any dolly’s and that they never do. Very inconvenient and frustrating for us and that is false advertising
KELLY BFastest trailer drop off I've ever experienced. The employee saw me driving up, walked up to the truck, took it off the hitch and sent me on my way. Took all of 30 seconds.
PATRICK SI placed a U-Haul order for same day and was super happy that it was available. Once I got there I did the walk around and noticed the check engine light was on. I brought it to the attention of the guy who helped me and he said ' it drives good, just the gas cap'. When I drove it on the street with no weight it was fine. Once I got it loaded up and drove in the highway. It was a totally diffrent story. It struggled and it felt like it was going g to fall apart. Luckily we only needed it to drive like 15 miles full, which were mostly highway but it struggled. The shifting was super hard specially when it shifted up. The truck needs to be taken out of serviced and looked at. The steering wheel was also really loose and wobbly.
MARISELA II was very happy with the location. There was plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle and hook up. The clerk that helped me was very helpful
