ALONIE DThe service and equipment were excellent. The poor arming stems from the billing practices. I reserved a trailer for the hours of 0800 for pickup. I picked it up at 08:30. I had intended on returning the trailer by 4:00 but told the clerk that if traffic was bad on my return trip I might not make that timeframe. He told me not to worry because the rental was for 24 hrs. I returned the trailer at 07:22 the next morning and was charged double my original price quote, without my consent. I will be filing a complaint and if the charge is not reversed, a fraud claim will be filed with my credit card bank. This type of business practice is unacceptable.

lance sThis location nothing they do a good job getting things done for me quick and easy. Now U-Haul should have better pricing for frequent users regardless of business status or just a regular user. Reward your frequent users with better mileage prices
