The pick up location and service was great! The truck was a dirty including the inside cargo area but overall great location

MICHAEL HAll of the equipment that I was supposed to have was not there. And I feel like I was overcharged. When I asked for a little discount because that all the equipment was not there I had to stop and purchase moving blankets, and furniture dolly and spend the time and then the extra driving because of it too, I was given a $10 discount, big deal! I will never ever rent another U-Haul!
