I have no issues with the location per se but this particular rental was terrible. There was no gas in the truck the truck was extremely dirty when I got it. Half way through my trip a check engine light came on and I don’t know if something is wrong with this truck but it was an extremely nerve wrenching experience driving this thing while it felt like it was going to fall apart. I really want to request some type of price reduction as this was unacceptable for many reasons.

Jesse FIt was listed as a 24/7 no contact requirement and that was in accurate. I was done with my rental at 4:30pm on Saturday but the location closed at 4pm and I couldn't return it on the app so I drove back the next day to finalize the return.
Beverly LI hate the process of renting anything, but this place just makes the process easy every time.
