BOBBY SThe woman that took our information was very hard to communicate with. It was like she had trouble understanding standard English and it was very evident she was from the southern US. We told her we were going to Conway and wanted to drop off in Conway. It was on our printout that Conway was our destination and she told us it was a 2 day rental. When we tried to return it in Conway and called the 1-800 number as our paperwork said, we were told that we needed to return it to a Little Rock location and it was schedule to be rented last night even though we were told it was a 2 day rental. What if we had needed to keep it until today?
