Angela from Woods in Nevada, MO was amazing. Nevada was supposed to have our rental at TCB towing. Somehow it got switched to Woods. Woods didn’t have one, but Angela made our disappointment so much better and did it with a smile and was so extremely professional and nice. She is who I’d recommend always to rent a U-Haul.

I ended up not using the car dolly. I picked it up in El Dorado Springs and the agent there was very good and helpful. After I drove to Springfield to possibly purchase a vehicle ( no sale) I did not use the dolly, so I returned it.
