Your customer service and tracking is a sad mess. Both times I have rented a trailer I get a message stating the trailer wasn’t returned and I am being charged extra. Of course I took pics both times and now doubt I will use U-Haul in the future. One time I can understand but the second time shows obvious issues

KRISTIN KThis review is not re the pick up location. It is regarding uhaul, the company. You take my reservation. After hitring the men to help load, I go to pick up my reservation. The gal at the location tells me they cannot fill my order. She gives me the phone number to call uhaul. She did say, “someone should have called you.” I have to drive (a friend must drive me) 60 miles to pick up the truck so I have to put gas in her car for the favor. I reschedule the hired men for tomorrow morning. The location of the truck does not have the auto transport so I have to drive an atonal 85 miles to pick it up. My extra driving miles for gasoline are 170 extra miles and gas before I even get started on my trip. When I drop off the vehicle you have the nerve to charge me 21 miles “extra” Refund my gas and time for the horrible customer service and experience with your company. You need some serious competition.
