The owner/man in the front desk of the U-Haul/Storage place there was rude as hell, pushy with hurrying me up and telling me to review the paper work on my own time instead of there! Also I was repeatedly complained to in snarky way by the man in the front desk because I had a discount on my rental and apparently he couldn’t help but bring it up over and over again through out our interaction with picking up the truck. I would NEVER go to this place to pick up or even rent a U-Haul you’re better off going to one of their direct U-Haul store locations any day of the week!

MIGUEL MWe would like to have more instruccions about if we need to close the back door with padlock. I saw anothers trucks with padlock, but not this One that I got. But everything was fine. Thanks you really helps with your service.
