I reserved the trailer at 9am , I got to the property at 8.50am waited until 1005am and called a number listed on the office window, when the person answered he said he was running late for me to go back at 9.30am, to drop the trailer back on Sunday I asked what time do you open tomorrow, he said 10am I told him I was going to try and return it later on the same day but if I wasn't able to I was going to return it Sunday at 10 am, Sunday I was there at 950 am waited until 1005 and started calling the same number as the day before, after more than one attempt he finally answered and said he was going to get there within 15 minutes, the time has to be considered for the customer, as a customer I program my schedule ahead of time and this rental put behind both my days.
