The truck leaked in the storage area thereby damaging my product. This is the second time that I have rented a truck from this location that had a truck that leaked. While the location is not at fault here, U-Haul needs to ensure that there trucks are water tight.

Peter DThe equipment was clean, but we believe that it was the door gasket that wasn’t sealed well and our belongings were soaked from the rain storms during our trip. Also, the price we paid to rent it was extraordinarily high. To improve the equipment, I would recommend reviewing in more detail or testing the door seal as part of the equipment review
