Horrible. There was a rude employee who was cursing left and right on the phone before looking at me as if I was a nuisance. When I asked where to park, he told me “there’s a HUGE space right there buddy” sarcastically. There was about 6 inches of space on each side for me to park. And as I was parking, a woman in a Honda civic sped between me and the parking space, almost hitting the truck with her middle finger out smoking a cigarette. The U-Haul employee simply came out and watched and didn’t acknowledge what had just happened. I will never go to this location again, and I will avoid U-Haul.

David PI actually didn’t come in contact with anyone. I used the u-haul app to return the trailer. But last time I was there to return a trailer, they were very helpful.
