Please clean you truck inside and out. Soda in the cup holders, mud in the floor boards. Be sure everything that is rented is in the truck.

Pickup was very easy. I do like the mobile check in/check out. I was able to return the truck outside of their business hours which is so very convenient. One less worry for a state to state move that was already stressful.

I have rented U-Haul vehicles before and this was by far the easiest and least hassle I have ever experienced. The owner or employee not sure what he was but man, this guy goes above and beyond. I needed an appliance dolly. He didn't have one on site but he said he had a dolly at his other storage facility a short drive away. Once I got in the truck I followed him to the other location where he provided the appliance dolly. Totally a life-saver since I was by myself to move everything I had. Very appreciative of everything from this U-Haul location and if I need a vehicle or trailer again I won't hesitate one bit to head to this location.

I picked the trailer up on Friday morning and said I would have it back on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. The agent said he was not going to be there that weekend and as long as the trailer was back by Monday morning he would charge me for one day rental. I had the trailer back on Saturday afternoon. I received an e-mail receipt that shows I was charged three days rental. I called the dealer and was told he would find the invoice and credit me for the extra amount. So far I have not received an e-mail with the credit. As for the trailer. I don't know if it is one of the older models but it has a roll-up door which worked OK. You just loose some head room. The main complaint I have with this trailer is that you can only use string for tie-downs as the wood blocks on the side are solid with little slots cut in them.

After I returned the truck I was charged $40 per day for 2 extra days. I was also charged for filling up the truck but nobody mentioned I was to return it with a full tank? I don't agree with these charges but it's not worth my time to dispute them. I would probably recommend Penske if someone asked and tell them exactly what I just stated above.
