You should rate U-Haul corporate first, which is in desperate need of a overhaul and mass firing of your IT department. Your good dealers will be leaving soon and you will be left with the numb-nuts. Davin Cthis is the only location in my area that knows what they are doing and is reliable. Online reservations do not work and the app is a joke. U-Haul's website is horrible and is down more than than its up. U-Haul used to be a great experience and value, not so in the last couple years. I'll probably buy my own trailer since it has become so bad.
