The whole experience was positive from a to z. It was smoothe and very managable-but most important-encouragement to take on the task I f it is not familar-so im glad i spoke to Less in advance and and thankful for the flexibility to have the vehicle for 24 hour-which i was glad it got taken care of-same day rented Thank you

Holly BEverything went smooth. Only issue I can think of is the drivers seat didn’t have an armrest. I was very thankful for how well lite the parking lot was for my return. I brought back the van at about 2 am and felt very safe. Thank you
