Would rather have a person there and paperwork but otherwise the person in charge was nice and did an excellent job I'm just kind of old school.

Arthur PNo one was at the location, everything was done over a phone and had I not talked to another customer that was there i would not have known how to contact anyone. While on the phone trying to complete the transaction the rep was taking calls and talking with another person while on the phone with me. Never was offered or had time to discuss the insurance agreement, it was just added on even though my insurance company covers that, never was asked about the military discount either. Before we finished there were about 6 or 7 people standing around by a door that was locked. I will never use this location nor recommend it to anyone. Upon getting home I stopped by the Radcliff, ky Office and the people there were very willing to try and assist me.
WALTER HThis location was completely unmanned. Not a problem for dropoff I suppose but if you needed help you aren't getting it.
