This location was completely unmanned. Not a problem for dropoff I suppose but if you needed help you aren't getting it.

Talked to guy at drop off by phone. Could not park unit where he told me to leave it because another truck blocked the entrance
DAVID CIt was a bit odd. I dropped the trailer off around 2pm Tuesday, 12/17. I guess I was expecting someone to be there since it was normal business hours, but the door was locked. I didn't confirm in advance that someone would be there when I made the reservation so I had no real reason to believe someone would be there. It appears that it all worked out just fine. They sent me a receipt this morning. All in all, a good experience. If I have to take anything else to my relative in E-town, I'd make the exact same reservation.
TIMOTHY REquipment t was just dropped off by a different customer.... location personnel had not had a chance to look at it. It had been dropped on next door property and needed to be moved. I accepted it to help location personel. It was in good working order, just needed to be swept out which I did gladly. The facility proprietor was outstanding... professional... friendly... and accommodating to my needs... highly recommend this location!!!
