It said the place opened at 9:30 but no one was there all day an when I picked the trailer the app wouldn’t let me send the pictures of my licenses too send or the pictures of the trailer hooked to the truck! When dropped it off I called they needed anything from me to do the check in and he said he be there in few to check it in. The gentlemen was super nice to deal with and very understanding. Service was the best thing about the deal with

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEvery time I go to this location they only have local area rentals & I have to go somewhere else to actually pick up what I need for one-way travel. Sometimes this involves going to a dealer in the next town 15 miles away. Very frustrating to say the least.
STEPHEN WBoth the team at hinesville and at. The corporate schedule level worked with us too best suit our requirements. Military was late getting us into quarters in the local team worked with us so it fit the military schedule.

KERRY PNobody on site, No signage, No way to leave a message (voicemail not setup). To be fair, three days later, when I finally spoke to someone, he did log in the return correctly.
