Terrible experience. I had made all the arrangements on the App. I get there and I had to get on the phone with a guy and jump through all these links he sent me. Why did I even bother with an app? I had to request the insurance on the phone although I requested it on the app. I also requested an appliance dolly. None available. Was told they don’t offer them at that location. Had to send my wife to Menards to rent one. The truck was dirty with dried mud all over the floor board. The area was muddy where the truck was parked. The lady in the office was nice and apologized and tried to make everything right.

There were many issues: - The truck was covered in ice - I had to get hot water myself from the close shop and pour onto windshield, tires, and doors in order to operate. It took me an hour after check in. Delayed my whole day's plan. - low fuel (22 miles left), - Engine oil light on, e - Engine sounds bad when speeding to ~50mph It wasn't a first time renting a truck from UHaul, but this was by far the worst pick-up experience.
EUN LI reserved a dolly, but it was not in the U-Haul. Picking up was a hassle. The back was dirty. We had to sweep it out before use. But on a positive note, dropping it off was very easy.
Sarah GVehicles need to be updated, cleaned and maintained. Oil changes must be done on time check brakes, rotors, oil and engine bay regularly. Basic stuff that wasnt done with my rental. Also the Uhaul app kept malfunctioning constantly and I had to call the service just to get me through check in and checkout. Utility dolly also wasnt available so i had no choice but to settle for an alternative. TRUCK KEYS SHOULD BE IN THE KEY BOX AT PICKUP TIME. I had to wait nearly an hour and a half just to pick up the keys as well. Crazy stuff really.
Kelton BStop charging for gas mileage plus the rental plus making us put gas in it. Bullshit. Will never use a uhaul again.
