The truck used was in very poor condition and in my opinion should not have been allowed on the road. The check engine light was on the whole time; every twenty seconds or so there was a loud clunking sound: and various messages kept appearing on the speedometer message board. Such as: 1) drivers door open: 2) passenger door open; 3) check air in tires etc. Was concerned the whole time about whether or not I would get to my destination with out some kind of breakdown!

Todd WI took pictures of the before and after of the inside of truck. The last person left Vienna Sausage can and papers, drink cup, dirt everywhere and I was not cleaning it out its not fair. The engine light was on and transmission is slipping when you put it in reverse. If I was not on a deadline I would have asked for a refund. The dolly was not im the back but I was charged for it. This was by far my worst experience renting a uhaul truck. Would not bring my services nor any friends or family to this location.

AIMEE WTerrible experience. I had made all the arrangements on the App. I get there and I had to get on the phone with a guy and jump through all these links he sent me. Why did I even bother with an app? I had to request the insurance on the phone although I requested it on the app. I also requested an appliance dolly. None available. Was told they don’t offer them at that location. Had to send my wife to Menards to rent one. The truck was dirty with dried mud all over the floor board. The area was muddy where the truck was parked. The lady in the office was nice and apologized and tried to make everything right.
