Have locks on the box where the key is kept. Someone could have gotten the key before I arrived & taken the truck.

Davie, the manager had reached out to me about credit in my account because my whole U-Haul order was messed up. I received two different receipts for the refunds one was for $28 on card and 0922 which I don’t have anymore and the other one was a credit of $75 on card ending in 1293 the $28 and the $75 both need to go to the card ending in 1293. Also, I was only credited $50 to my cash app from U-Haul liquidation spot. I wouldn’t recommend the wedding spot for anyone besides them being in a store. There is anytime I called or they called me and there was always a kid in the background. TV was loud. It was like they brought their kids to work with them didn’t like it. Someone needs to go in there physically look at that location and tell them what all they’re doing wrong cause they don’t need to be dealing with U-Haul. If I could attach a picture I would have my receipt from Cash app only pending $50. I tried to submit it through the email.

Deanna MI had requested a dolly for my move and there was not one in the truck.
