The vehicle was dirty when I got it. It only had three-quarter of the tank of fuel in it when I brought it back I was charged for more gas and I had to wait for an over an hour to try to get the pit vehicle and I had made prior reservations That afternoon. I will never recommend this location ever again.

Lorainne KLocation was closed (Sunday). I had to call U-Haul 800 number to find out the location of the dropbox. The drop box was not, in my opinion, in an intuitive location. I am not able to fairly assess the last 3 questions. N/A would be the correct response but not available.
