I reserved a 15 foot truck, an appliance dolly, and 6 moving blankets. The location only provided the truck. I had to go out and purchase $150 worth of supplies due to this.

It was a cell phone store and he was more interested in selling us phone service instead of what we came in for which was a u-haul. We told him we wasn’t interested and he continued to hound us about their phone services.

THERESA GThe vehicle was dirty when I got it. It only had three-quarter of the tank of fuel in it when I brought it back I was charged for more gas and I had to wait for an over an hour to try to get the pit vehicle and I had made prior reservations That afternoon. I will never recommend this location ever again.
