This location is run by a scammer. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. We took pictures before and after to show we filled the gas back to where it was when we picked it up. We drove 11 miles, which roughly equated to slightly less than 1 gallon in a 10 ft truck. I was charged $15 for Safe coverage, which i absolutely denied while I made the reservation. We had the rental for 2 hours, he tried to sell other customers in the store phones and made us wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time of pick up. Then he tried to sell us phones after giving us the keys. Wasting my rental time. There was no AC in the truck. No dolly. No ramp, the truck came with a ramp slot but the ramp was missing. The check engine light was on. I did not feel safe even giving my personal information to this location. We turned it in one hour earlier, and was told we would get money back for turning it in early. That did not happen. It all seemed extremely shady. I will be disputing these charges. What should've been around $30 ended up costing me over double.

Ben MThe cashier kept preasuring me to get his phone plan and buy a phone. I felt really uncomfortable.
Anne MWe got charged 5 days to use it when we only used 2 days, resulting in $700 is absurd. We rented a 2026 Chevy Tahoe to haul it and only cost about $168. The 5 day factoring for a safe trip equates to 3.2 hours of driving a day. 8 hrs of driving is two days..and that's with only one driver. It's also BS that someone could rent the same trailer drive it to Alaska and back for less than we paid. Your system needs to be revised or I wont rent a thing from you again. Not only that. The guy at pickup told me that it would recalculate upon return and the unused days would go back on my card. Only 78 dollars went back on my card.
