There was no help hooking trailer up. When I returned trailer, and no one came out to help. I took photos of the trailer and left. Was billed for two trailer rental periods. The people at U-Haul (main company) were very courteous and helpful in correcting the billing problem. The location is convenient, but service is poor.
ROBERT GMake sure your trucks run without issues. Everytime I turned the engine off i had to jump it to get it to start back up. Made for a very long 4 days when using the truck.
CORY BYou need more than 1 computer. Its impossible to check in and check out multiple people. Very disorganized. I feel sorry for your employees. Also, your system kept crashing and they couldn't print receipts for the customers. Your employees did a fantastic job with what they had to work with.
