I’m unsure, a new fee got added that was not explained called insurance coverage for $15 and the gentleman who did this said U-Haul put this on all vehicles automatically. I did not need this coverage. It should be optional. Also the vehicle was dirty with items in the cab and in the “haul” portion of the box truck. It was a very unpleasant experience and some type of compensation or communication from the company would be beneficial.
