I was given the wrong location for where the trailer was located, i hooked up to it and your electronic check in caught that i had the wrong license plate number. So i looked around and found the correct trailer (license plate). The lot was not plowed (snow) and your equipment was just strewn around the yard, no organization. I will not rent from this location again. I did not have any trouble with your trailer, which i do appreciate.

Trailer didn't have a jack on it making it hard to get hooked up to my truck

RONALD PWeird location that barely speaks any english, didn't have the equipment that was reserved, shoved in a different sized truck. The trucks are across the road from a different gas station that has the uhaul desk? They also do NOT help hook up or back up to trailers, which are set on a hill ready to roll off by themselves. Good luck if you are by yourself!
