Very disappointed with location and UHaul both. I tried asking if it was so much more in price because it was almost triple and the guy said little bit I asked him how much more and he ignored me and just proceeded to check me out. So I did that chat with customer service and was told nothing could be done after it was dispatched and I was pretty much out of luck. Now Im being charged and $20 for gas. I will be using Penske from now on!!!!!!!

Stephen NI dropped this trailer off a day early, I dropped it off at 3:30 on 5/13/26 the guy behind the counter said no problem I will check it in. I get an email on Saturday 5/16/26 saying I hadn’t dropped the trailer off. I called U-Haul and they got it straight. My email for check in says 5/15/26 I don’t want to be charged for another day! I will not go back to this location unless it is an emergency!!
