I dropped this trailer off a day early, I dropped it off at 3:30 on 5/13/26 the guy behind the counter said no problem I will check it in. I get an email on Saturday 5/16/26 saying I hadn’t dropped the trailer off. I called U-Haul and they got it straight. My email for check in says 5/15/26 I don’t want to be charged for another day! I will not go back to this location unless it is an emergency!!

The truck overall was fine, but the doors had trash in them when we picked it up but I didn't see it until we were already in transit. I don't expect a regularly used vehicle like this to be spotless but at least to make sure any trash is removed. Otherwise the truck worked just fine and the service of the representative was as expected, good.

Brian PThe u haul was messy and clearly not cleaned prior to pick up. I took pictures of every and made sure the interior was cleaned when I left along with documenting the moving blankets were all accounted for and folded, but still got billed for one missing. In addition to this, the gas gage read a small amount under the halfway mark on the tank when I picked it up (again, documented) but having returned with the gage at the half tank mark I was still billed for a few gallons. What should have been $170 was more like $200.
