I ordered and paid for a dolly but it was not in The truck. I dropped off truck on time and the woman couldn’t help me, just said call back.

JUDY SIt was a convenience store and the lady could really finalize the check in. She said all she could do was take a picture and send it to her boss.
LEE ATook them over 20 minutes to find key it was filthy and I had to clean it before use and I have pictures of it all inside and in the back I would never recommend them they could barely speak English and never told me there was going to be $100 taken of my card instead of my actual amount and there was only 3/16 of a tank of gas inexcusable for all this
