The customer service at Stor All was excellent. They were very patient with me and walked through all the options available to me to save me money. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting from Stor All of Elko.

Dawn MI didn't interact with anyone directly, so I cannot accurately rate the personnel. I was frustrated by the fact that we returned the vehicle with the exact same amount of fuel as it had upon pickup (we have photos), but we were charged over $20 for 3 gallons of fuel to be put in after we returned it. Over $20 for 3 gallons!!! That is over $6.66/gallon, which is California prices, not even accurate to the Elko area. Disappointing.
Laurel WI’m not sure if it was just an off day, but the overall experience didn’t feel very welcoming. As a customer, that really impacts whether I choose to spend money and return in the future. I’d recommend focusing on creating a more friendly and attentive environment so customers feel valued from the moment they walk in.
