Add more help! The employee was super nice but busy , she was helping us to show us how t put on the hitch , then had 3 other people who also needed help. One of the customers returning a hitch actually showed us how to hook it up!

VANESSA OTrailer parking was quite tight & I had to do a serpentine back in from the front street to the parking place. It could be a difficult challenge for someone not familiar with backing a trailer.
