I was charged an extra $7.with no explanation and $15 for the insurance I declined. I left a voicemail and I didnt get a reply or refund. This location is also very hard to get someone on the phone.

STEVEN CThe location I originally reserved at didn’t have the equipment available so my reservation was changed to another location, still for 8am. I arrived there and found they did not open until 10:30am. I called U-Haul and they got me the trailer at this location 20 minutes from where I was.
CHRISTOPHER KThis location is not owned and operated by UHaul. It is near a state highway and is within view of other adjacent businesses and vehicles traveling on the road. There is a lot of traffic and activity in the area so it felt safe. The gentleman helping us with the rental was helpful, pleasant and informative. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
