Very nice cargo van! Extremely clean and well maintained. Great customer service!! I will definitely rent from them again.
LINDA UFalsified the fuel level and charged me extra. I have pictures from time of drop off i will be calling uhaul helpline in the morning.
HUZAIFA KInstead of dropping off uhauls with a required quarter tank refill, it would be MUCH easier to return them with a full tank, like every car rental agency so you can load and go instead of refill, load and go or load, refill and go. I was just slightly under that quarter tank refill and got the $12 refill charge. Your policy on this matter is complete B.S. but if this is your way of squeezing extra $$$ out people, more power to you, I will not be using uhaul in the future for any moving needs, I will explore all the other options available.
James RI had 2 reservation. Then I went there for picking the truck 15' up. But they said no truck now so use 10' truck. If they send a notice about it then I understand. But They don't sorry about it and just said use other size truck. I can't understand. Anyway I don't want to use UHaul anymore. Because I can't not believe your promise.
