It was probably more due to app trouble. I heard that the app had been giving people issues for three days. It wouldn’t work for me and caused huge delays at pickup and return.

The cab interior was not clean
James DThis location was great to deal with and provided all my information that I requested
BRIAN CI had to attach the trailer myself. I don’t mind doing this however I don’t hook up a trailer every day in my experience and I’ve used u-haul frequently the location generally hooks up the trailer and ensure that it is correctly connected.
