I wanted to pick up in westmont. But you sent me to Ellmhurst. Then after getting the trailer you wanted me to drop the trailer off 1 1/2 hours past my destination. I ended up driving it back to Illinois at a cost of an additional $40. This was a very bad experience.

Horrible experience. The trailer that I got from this location had the driver side tire come off while we were on the highway. We could have been killed.
Patrick MI thought I had made a mistake on check-in; Jean was awesome on the phone at explaining everything. Parking was a little tight, but I figured it out.
SCOTT GStaff was great to work with very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will be returning in 2 to 3 weeks for another rental
