The truck had a dog in it. The front seats, and rear box were full of dog hair. The cup holders and center counsel were also very dirty

After being re-routed to 3 locations, paying for an uber and receiving a truck that was too small to complete my move. Tom P out of the fingers lake office lied and said he contacted me and we accepted the $150 only credit. We are owed the cost of movers that were booked through Uhaul because they couldn’t complete our move. I was forced to us Better Business to get money back for the truck, but Uhaul has refused to pay for my movers booked through them, which was U-Haul’s fault I was given a truck too small. We are going to continue to file complaints and poor reviews under we get our $366 back. And we were lied to and your managers are incompetent.
Wajiha AMaybe have the parking lot cleared of broken vehicles to make it easier to turn a 26 footer around. The employee who helped me hook up the trailer was really helpful and personable, that helped.
