Did not have enough of the moving blankets as ordered. I was only given ten (10), I ordered 24 and had to pay for 12. They did not have the furniture dolly requested. The people there are super friendly and helpful hooking up the trailer and making sure everything worked.
DOUGLAS R.The only thing was that we left the truck and tow dolly parked in front of the building by the key drop box. I wasn't sure if that was the correct place to park the vehicle.

Donald N.The rental is often confusing as per which trucks can be used only 10 hours or 24 hours. And the fees need more explaining once billed. But I am sure my mover had them explained. I paid ( as the one moving) for the trucks. So I was not present at pick up and drop off. Overall very nice personnel and helpful sales reps.
