Was unable to explain what I thought was a discrepancy in my final bill. Turned out my original bill had been adjusted,so the payment was correct but the confusion could have easily been avoided

Good drop off location, but no inventory if I wanted to pick up a trailer. Friendly staff
Ann WThe truck had old coffee cups in it and was full of dog hair. It was circled that there was a 1/4 tank of gas but in fact it was on empty in the red.
Jessica dDidn't even bother coming out to check that the truck was not damaged and that the fuel tank was at the 1/2 way mark. Then you charge us for fuel. We did return the truck with a 1/2 tank of fuel that was on the gauge yet are being charged $16.62 extra. Please refund us the extra charge as we filled the tank more than it was on pick up.
