Had a slight issue with my towing wiring but we got past that and the trailer worked perfectly, and rode solid without much chatter, I packed it solid and it rode heavy, had no issues other than wind, can't blame the trailer for that.
JOHN SThe process for getting our UHAUL was extremely slow and required way too many steps than the 10 minutes suggested. From the time we got to this location, until the time we were able to drive the Uhaul was 45 minutes. When we called the help hotline the customer service represented seemed to be annoyed that we were requiring help with the check-in. I would never uses the self service mobile check in again.
