No one explained the payment process to me. Could barely get the system to work. I did not know the initial payment was a, “Down payment.” I just moved and was charged twice within 3 days. Once for the estimated deposit, on the day I used the truck. 2 days later I was charged the same amount, minus $5. So, I was absolutely charged twice. Regardless of if I get the first amount back. It’s not in my account NOW and I just lived and needed it. Not one person explained the process let alone could even work the websites. I’ll never do business with U-Haul ever again. Period. I’ll take 3 days and 29 trips before I allow you to make money off me for nothing. ✌️
