This was absolutely the worst experience ever and I will be reaching out to all media with the complaints. Also treated very rudely by person who rented me the U Haul. I had to move that day and I would of went elsewhere.

The truck needed an alignment, they only had the furniture dolly, they didn’t provide a lock, and the back was dirty.
NATHANIEL KMaintain the van! Replace or service the shocks. Make the brakes stop squealing. It just needed help and was kind of a scary ride. The person who checked us in and out was nice, helpful but the van was just bad.

EMMA HI had requested a 15' truck to pick up in Westlake, OH but was give a 20' truck I had to pick up in Elyria, OH. It turned out fine but wasn't what I requested.
