I went on uhaul.com a month ago to reserve a truck so I could get the size I needed at the location I wanted. Uhaul ended up changing the location so I ask - what is the point of picking a specific location if uhaul isn't going to have the truck you want there?

Add a area in the back of the truck to tie down a dollie.
Wendell HWe had to be towed to our unload spot and then had to wait for an uber to get us home. The front end had been in an accident and it was ready to have the wheels fall off.
PATRICIA W1. Agent was rude. She kept calling me old and not tech savvy numerous times in front of other customers and on the phone. 2. Van was filthy inside and out.i can deal with the outside being dirty but at least clean the windshield. 3.check engine light constantly on with a dash message that the oil needs changed. 4.a $40 estimate suddenly became over $80. This move was HORRIBLE. I have dealt with uhaul many times but this was unacceptable. A partial refund would be appreciated.
