I rented a cargo van at 9 am it would fit what I had to put i. It brought it back about 915 asked for a bigger truck they said they didn't have any and would not refund me my money still charred me for the truck. Horrible customer service. I would never rent from there again.

I literally walked in with my contract and key, and the guy at the counter said you're good, i just need the key. Didn't check the truck or anything. I got a call an hour before close telling me I was short of blankets and I had one hour to bring them in. I told him to just charge me for them then as I couldn't make it in.

PAMELA MService the trucks. Our service tires and a stabilizer service light was on the whole time. The wheels need aligned because they jimmied on the highway. Thank goodness I was only one exit down the highway to get back and forth.
DEBORAH OThis is a great location for pick-up; getting in and out was easy. There was enough room in the parking lot to back-up the truck to take photos. Overall, the truck was clean, drove without issue, and got surprisingly good fuel economy. My only complaint, the truck was very dirty on the outside, so windows had to be cleaned off to see.
