Stop over charging. I paid over $100 for 1.5 hours of use . The trucks do not come with straps and I had to take the first truck back because it did not have a ramp. Tge customer service rep was very nice is the only good thing I can say about the experience.
CARLANTO BIt took 5 months to get the equipment return confirmation. Not sure what's up with this location.

Robert CI asked them to help me hook up the car to the trailer and I even got charge for that and after two hours of driving all the straps were loose it was very dangerous. I asked for a professional help.
