Truck was well used and exterior was pretty dirty. The truck itself was pretty rough riding and most likely needs replaced by U-Haul as it almost has 130,000 miles on it. I would have been a little skeptical to take it cross country if I had to. Otherwise for the local 1-day rent it was sufficient. The Pick-up location people were very courteous during the reservation process and ensured everything was ready to go, even though pick up and return were not during their normal working hours. I would rent from them again, because of convenience and their hospitality with the customer.

Friendly and quick service, very informative, the vehicle had under 5k miles, was nice, clean, and got the job done. Dropping off- made sure to fill the uhaul, and the rest was easy- parked in the back, dropped off keys. Received an email receipt.
