Up charged me 50$ for no reason. Was told on the app it would be 148.09 for a 10ft truck, and 80 mile estimated travel. When it was all said and done they charged me 196$. Guy at the counter did NOT know what he was doing and didnt give me a itemized list as to what the charges were. Told me to call Uhaul and ask them. So i called uhaul around noon and conveniently, no supervisors are available till monday as they apparently “work bankers hours”. Not even a manager could tell me what was going on or had authority/access to see said charges. I have a screen shot of the order total upon picking up my reservation. And i was 6 miles UNDER the 80 miles i estimated and was quoted the original 148.09 for… Highly do not recommend using uhaul or Genes Quik Lube LLC for your rentals. Someones trying to get over on me and make an extra 50$. Awaiting a call from the “supervisor” monday, hopefully they can get this fixed. Not only did this problem happen, but the truck was filthy when i rented it, but was told if i didnt sweep it out id get charged 25$. What a joke. Steer clear of uhaul and genes quik lube!!!
