I probably won't rent u haul vehicles in the future due to the unrealistic cost of insurance I had to accept.
DONALD IGot called the night before from Uhaul stating I needed to drive to Osage to pick up truck because Emporia location didn't put a key out for my reservation I placed on Oct 11. The check engine light was on and made a loud whining noise the entire trip. Be better prepared for holiday pickup and service your trucks.

PAUL RWhile quick lube was customer friendly, the experience of picking up the truck at one location and the customer had to drive to another location to pick up the car trailer was confusing. I would not recommend Uhaul next time.
