There were miscommunications all around. I reserved my truck months in advance, but had to make a change a week before moving. I called and talked to someone at the store I originally picked and they said they would get it all changed for me. The day before my move, someone called and told me that I couldn’t do that day because no one was there to set up the truck. I moved my move date and the store, but was told that I couldn’t do mobile pickup. The day of my move came and I sat waiting for the store to open because I was told no mobile pickup. Finally, I called UHaul because the store wasn’t opening. They told me I had mobile pickup. Very frustrating experience during an already stressful time.

On website it said was open til 530 and at 415 was already closed. No one available but drop off was a snap
JOSE PI can't think of anything right now. Everything was clear and concise. Oh, I did have one thing. When we checked out, I was told there would be a text message to validate the equipment. What I didn't understand was that the validation was supposed to be completed before I left the lot. When I tried to perform the validation at my home, the link was no longer valid.

Mark BI specifically did early pick up, so I could drop off same day at this location. No knowledgable person at drop off to at least document same day drop off. I had two days to drop off and pick up was on Saturday and dropped off same day. Subsequently, drop off was not processed until Monday, and I was charged $40.00 for an additional day.
