The truck needed windshield cleaner

GERALD EThe Uhaul website was REALLY slow. They tell me that this is an on-going issue. Their service would be much quicker if the uHaul website worked faster. The people were helpful, friendly, and worked as fast as the website allowed. There was an issue at check in that was resolved in a timely manner.
Joan SYour employee was very rude and not forthcoming about trying to extend the rental beyond the first day. After I called and tried to get a few more hours I was told I would have to pay more for it. I was never told I had to go to the location and give them more money. I had given them $100 and only driven 10 miles. I thought what I had paid would cover the extra time. And I had to work the next day. So the next time I heard anything I was being threatened with $1,000 in fees for having to go find the truck and having the locks changed and all this other things he was threatening me with.
DANNY CThe pickup location in Emporia was wonderful. I was late getting thete and head set up for the app check in. It was not working. There was an owner or employee still there. He helped me even thought the business was closed. He was so kind and courteous.

Robin HI did not even leave the lot with the equipment that I rented and was not able to receive a refund. My advice is to not let a customer pay or sign the contract for the equipment until they are hooked up and ready to leave the lot. I rented a two wheel dolly and my vehicle didn't have the correct components to leave the lot with the rental, but I was still charged and told I could not receive a refund. Very poor customer service and I will tell everyone of this, and we know alot of people. Will never go here again.

Karis WThe return my truck portion of the website was choppy and kept resetting. The instructions on the key drop box were different than the website, so we returned the truck and key and then found out later that we were supposed to submit a bunch of pictures at which point, it was too late. The return process was a little clunky.

Tom MIf doing the online drop off when the location is closed, tell the customer to check in before you put the key in the lock box. Tell customer they will need to take pix of the odometer, fuel gauge, etc.
Harlan STge equipment was not whT I reserved...well in advance. I ended up with a 26 foot truck which I did NOT want. They sent me to another location after a truck that wasn't even on the lot, luckily the guy there was just c loing up and was able to help straifhten things out(thanks Justin H!). Poor communication. I opted to use the app for check in however the first location did not set it up right do no key was available. Added soooo much extra stress to the day that was not necessary!
Kathryn WBoth my husband and I were at the chiropractor when finished , there was no Jack at all on the trailer and it was extremely heavy to lift especially being pregnant! Would never want to rent a Uhaul trailer again because of this !
JACOB STruck only had 1/2 tank, had left over food in glove box and carabineer on trailer pulled so far apart almost lost our antique truck we were towing. Set up reservation for our town had to drive 20 miles for pickup. Credited mileage, but not gas for truck or my vehicle having to drive to pick it up..very inconvenient when a local dealer was possible. Truck ran like a champ and drove great.
