Terrible signage took 10 minutes to figure out that the drop off key box was in front of a slum Hotel at the other end of the parking lot
Deborah HWoman at desk helpful but did not assist in parking the trailer (needed a spotter) nor did she assist with disconnecting trailer from vehicle.
James DSlightly difficult to find the office.
kirk bI felt as though I was interrupting and stood in the doorway while Orkin employees continued their conversation. I went down the hallway thinking I must be in the wrong office but went back to find it was it, When I asked if it was UHaul I was told they had nothing to rent. When I said I had a drop off I was told to drop it in the parking lot and do an online drop off. No one came out to help or see the trailer. This should not be a UHaul site, it clearly Orkin making some money on the side.
