Slightly difficult to find the office.
kirk bI felt as though I was interrupting and stood in the doorway while Orkin employees continued their conversation. I went down the hallway thinking I must be in the wrong office but went back to find it was it, When I asked if it was UHaul I was told they had nothing to rent. When I said I had a drop off I was told to drop it in the parking lot and do an online drop off. No one came out to help or see the trailer. This should not be a UHaul site, it clearly Orkin making some money on the side.
JEFFREY CDon't change the location to an unattended location and expect everyone to have an iPhone. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get a code to unlock the box for the keys. Then the box was empty. No keys. We list 18 hours because of this.
