The truck was clean but there was a problem with the brakes and the engine was very hesitant to go. Order was supposed to be till Sunday but brought it back 2 days early and was still charged for 2 days. I only had it for one due to it not running right.

I did the rental and return all from my cell phone without ever speaking to anyone and without entering a U-Haul office. That was nice. Overall, the experience was good. The truck was clean and in good condition EXCEPT it was missing the driver's side wiper blade. That shouldn't have happened. Fortunately, I drove only a few miles and it only rained lightly for a short period of time but things could have been must worse if it had rained more. I got lucky.
