The was called the the morning and was told that the site I was suppose to pick up the trailer was not a available. And had to go 20mi out of my away to get the trailer. The said That I would get a extra day because of that. I sure did. And was charged for it. There was no one on site. I had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Although the lady that showed up was very nice and helpful. Still took a lot of time. She had to reenter everything I did on line when I ordered the trailer. I dont understand how a 75.00 rental turned into 120.00! That is ridiculous. I never did get a itemized receipt

Do a little better job notifying the pick up location, especially if it is a change from the original place

I tried to call this location twice and it went to voicemail both times. I had to knock on the door and she almost did not answer the door. Actual drop off was a separate location. I did not like dropping off the vehicle and leaving the key under the seat. I did not like leaving it like that.

I rented an enclosed trailer when I got it home I had to clean it out before I could use it. The yard was across the street from the business and when I dropped off the trailer the guy walks out and says just take it over there and drop it off. Also the link that I was sent for the inspection did not work.

Van was not washed. Covered with bug splatter. Had to take it by car wash myself. So I returned it in the exact condition I got it in, covered in bug splatter.
