It is possible that no one brought up the windshield wipers. They need fixed. I never drove a ford truck that big . It would have been nice had he , or the lable on the dash explained how to opperate the trans. So I fiddeled with it. I flipted the toggle down. Didn't seam to do any thing. didn't think to flip it back up. After the truck burned up 35 gal in only 110 miles it dawned on me to flip it back up. I hope this didn't hurt the truck.
