I originally selected another location. Uhaul tried to divert me to Dothan over 30 miles away. I called and you upgraded me to larger vehicle at no extra charge at this location and the man that helped me was wonderful. There are a lot of people like me that want to deal with people and not check in via mobile which you also changed on my reservation to do.
