Only went five miles and got charged extra 30 dollars for fuel I didn't use unfair practice. Not happy .

LAZARO AHave the equipment ready. Purchased a dolly and never got it and had to search and locate my 10’ truck. Wish it was better organized.
Presley SThe gentleman in the office was amazing, he was also knowledgeable and efficient. Seamless check in and check out, I did most of the reservation online. The truck was clean as expected, however, the upkeep on it was less than desirable. Overall it was ok.
