Very friendly and helpful, drop off was easy. It was great to connect to people in my new location.
ROBERT SEveryone at each location was great!! I have written out a review concerning the entire rental from start to finish. The only exception to the five star rating is your scheduling department which I would give a negative 10, if it was possible!! Adjustments and corrections needs to addressed with the scheduling department either in it’s management personnel or the computer server which Uhaul uses. There was no reason or excuse for adding 2 hours to my drive along with the extra stress for renting a truck!!
