The truck had a check engine light on, the sterring wheel was not aligned properly (it was turned as if you were turning while you were driving straight, and the truck shook as you were driving over 35 mph. When we initially attempted to make a reservation at a UHaul location in Daleville, they did not have a truck available, so the reservation was passed on to the location in Enterprise. The person in Daleville spoke to the person in Enterprise and stated they would give a mileage rate of 99 cents rather than the 1.09 mileage rate. This was not honored. Ones word is his bond and this bond was broken. Otherwise, the person in Enterprise was polite and friendly. I wish we had other local truck rental services available to provide competition.

Caught them at closing time on a Sunday. The manager stayed and got me out of there. I really appreciated them. I have rented from them 3 times now and they are always great to work with.
JAMES HIt was not the location's fault- the National account changed by reservation the day I was to pick up to a location 20 minutes further away from me, charged me over $6 more in gas due to overage which would not have happened if location wasnt changed and further. Got total runaround on the phone the night I was to pick up, and was told someone would be calling me about the $50 gte credit. At a minimum I should be credited the $50 and the additional $6 plus for mileage as it was not my fault. Terrible experience.
