This last experience we had with U-Haul has made it clear we will not be using U-Haul again, we will go with Penske instead should we need anything moved again. We have had issues 3 consecutive times. Every time we have reserved a truck and equipment it has been nothing but a headache. This last experience definitely takes the cake. Upon arrival I was made aware that the appliance dolly wasn't available. I was directed to another location, I went there only to find that it wasn't available there either, they pointed me to yet another location which was about 10 miles out of the way. Instead of going all the way there I called customer service to see if it was available at said location, after being put on hold they just gave me a different number to call. The truck we rented looked clean on the inside but I definitely felt like I needed a shower after sitting in it. I ran a wipe over the steering wheel and commonly touched things in a vehicle and it was absolutely disgusting all the grime and dirt I wiped off.JENNIFER L E.

With leaving from Western WA and moving to Spokane, WA there was an option to return the equipment back to Western, WA on a one way rental to save significant money. However, the mileage needed for the trip was not automatically added by the system and I had to contact customer support to get the mileage added. This should be fixed in your computer system.Paul A.

Very unhappy that U-Haul picked a location 20 miles from where my destination was in order to drop, causing me a 40 mile round trip just to drop the trailer Location was inside of a pawn shop- only way I knew it was a U-Haul store was there was a truck and trailer or two in the parking lot. Representative jumped up and down on my truck bumper to get the trailer to release from my hitch ball. I would advise not doing that in the future.Garrett S.

This dealer was excellent. We loaded trailer and one of the tires was flat. We tried to find a car trailer and found one in Auburn or Kent dealer went to pick it up and it was not their. Very frustrating!Paul C.

Great place! Maybe the only improvement, if any need to be considered at all, would be to make the rental service a little more obvious. Ensure the right information is provided when milage and day booked. Was told I would receive a refund for milage not used. I paid for 1800 miles but only used 1456.Chadwick C.
The system wouldn't allow me to check in. After I called he made it so I could. Only to then have the GPS location tell me I wasn't there and wouldn't let me complete it. I was forced to go into the store. It then took another 30mins. My reservation was made for 1030 witch was bumped to 11 after I made it. It was 1154 by the time I was actually able to get in the truck. Then the system majically changed the fuel level so I got charged $58 for fuel and he had to manually credit me. The owners of the store were amazing. They genuinely felt bad about it all. Uhaul though, you guys needs to get your shit together.Jon J.
I was issued a defective vehicle.the gas line from the fueling spout to the fuel tank was cut and damaged prior the vehicle issued to me. I discovered the problem 1.5 hours into my trip. The repair was made though it was not a complete repair. The repair took 2+ hours to get done creating an inconvenience to me and my family in our move. I have requested a discount on my charges, but have been denied by Larry Brown the area Rep declined my request. I was not responsible for this inconvenience. I have informed Larry Brown the the circumstances of this issue and he as failed to get back to me. ...Uhaul failed to inspect their vehicle sufficiently prior to issuing to a customer. I STILL REQUEST A DISCOUNT! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I EXPECT A REMEDY!James B.
