SHAUN BFriendly, and efficient service!
troy PI dropped off my vehicle at 2:40 PM and it wasnt recorded as returned until 9:20 AM the next day. In my case, this luckily wasnt a big deal, as my rental had another full day left. BUT if that were not the case, I would have been charged extra for the error. They should make sure to check-in a vehicle the moment its dropped off, not nearly a full day later. And an employee even helped us drop it off, so they knew it was there for at least 2 hours before closing that day. Such errors are not minor in the case of rentals, and this will hopefully be corrected for future customers.
JOSHUA HUnit needed a vacuum but overall was great
