The lady working there had an impossibly difficult time with the computer and had no clue what the price was supposed to be. She had to repeatedly call another coworker to be told what to do. What should have been a 5-minute pickup process was a 40 minute struggle.
McKenzie GThe workers were incredibly kind and hardworking, seemingly a bit understaffed for the amount of work it looks like they were doing. My frustration is not with them at all or the equipment, but rather the convoluted check in process. I selected check in in person rather then online, was routed to an online check in that constantly crashed and took forever routing me to agents that seemingly didn’t exist and didn’t continue the check in. I received a truck with the wrong odometer number in the app and tried to fix it, but the app crashed and wouldn’t let me. Then glitched to check out. If you provide technology to reduce costs of personnel labor, then the least you could do is make it so that your tech actually works.
Myriah HEmployee unlocked door for me so didn't see it til i returned vehicle. While locking the door the lock cylinder came completely out of door, looked like maybe someone had tried to break into it at some time.
